I see two problems with the ad…. first of all, I don’t believe this will incapacitate a person as advertised. My experience tells me you need at least 4 inches of separation between the contact points, in a major muscle group, to cause the muscular disruption. All this unit will do is cause a lot of discomfort.
Secondly, it says full recovery is 5 to 10 minutes. Electricity is not stored in the body. My experience is the recovery occurs in 5 to 10 seconds, not minutes.
