im wondering which one is stronger? has more benefits?

keep in mind, i’m getting this for my mom, she is about 50..

Fog because I would expect to have to use it in close proximate. I’ve done practice runs with mace and pepper sprays, and even the streams blew back at me in the wind. I’m not a LEO so I have a different perception of mace/pepper spray uses. I would rather blast a cloud and retreat instead of charging someone with it.
